CHARCOAL GRILL: This grill is fueled by lump charcoal or briquettes, sold separately. It’s designed to cook food over hot coals, arranged in various configurations to provide direct and indirect heat options. COOKING AREA: Grill up to 30 burgers, 25 chicken breasts or 15 steaks on the 540-square-inch grate. GRATES: These cast-iron grates retain heat to cook food evenly and leave impressive grill marks. CHARCOAL TRAY: Raise and lower the height adjustable charcoal tray to regulate temperatures when grilling. ASH PAN: A removable ash pan neatly collects ash from cooking, making clean-up simple. TEMP GAUGE: The professional, lid-mounted temperature gauge, with glow-in-the-dark accents, displays accurate temps, so you always know the cooking temperature inside your grill. DAMPERS: Control cooking temperatures by opening and closing the dampers. Open dampers allow more oxygen to flow in and out of the smoker, fire up the flames and raise the temperature in the cooking chamber. When you want to lower the temperature, gradually close the vents to limit oxygen flow to the fire. CONSTRUCTION: Heavy-duty steel construction and a durable, high-temperature finish help prevent rust to extend the life of your grill.
