ISLAND FEATURES - The Mont Alpi MAi400-DXL 32-inch premium deluxe outdoor kitchen island gas grill arrives fully assembled (modular attachment required) and features 4 tubular stainless steel high efficiency burners with a rear height-adjustable ceramic infrared rear burner and a standalone side burner that produce 78000 BTU’s of heat output. The grill also features a stainless steel warming rack, 8mm stainless steel cooking grids and a generous cooking area of 26-inches x 18-inches (92 square Inches of total cooking area).

INCLUDED ACCESSORIES - You will also get a 120V 4-Watt heavy duty electric motor rotisserie kit (holds up to 25 lbs), chopping board, white granite surfaces and waterfall sides, plus a waterproof outdoor rated weather cover to protect your grill from the elements.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES - A double lined grill hood with temperature gauge is standard for maximum heat retention. The grill has two cooking surface halogen lights, On/off red/blue changing control knob lights, a bottle opener, electronic ignition, easy access full front pull-out grease tray for easy cleaning, white granite countertops, plus storage drawers and cabinets. Your outdoor kitchen will also come with gliding castor wheels for smooth and easy-to-maneuver movement and increased stability.

NATURAL GAS CONVERTIBLE - Although this outdoor grill comes with a propane hose and regulator as it comes ready for propane use, it can be easily set up for conversion into the more environmental-friendly natural gas, providing another convenient cost-effective, and reliable source of heat for outdoor cooking. (Conversion kit sold separately).

EXTRA STORAGE CABINET FEATURES - The Mont Alpi extra storage cabinet adds an additional 25" countertop surface for your grill with a cabinet and additional shelving right under. Please note that this extra storage cabinet can only be added to the right side of the grill. This cabinet extension module cannot be added to the left side of the grill due to the gas lines. The gas line is too short to reach through the cabinet to their destination and there are no holes to accommodate for them.
